I DON’T HAVE MY INSURANCE CARD WITH ME, CAN I STILL RECEIVE TREATMENT?

Yes you may. Most insurance companies are able to either provide you with an electronic copy or expedite a copy to you.

We see kids as young as 13 years old

CAN YOU TAKE HSA OR FSA CARDS?

Yes! We also accept regular credit and debit cards, checks, cash and direct payments from insurance companies.

HOW MUCH WILL MY COPAYMENT BE?

This depends on the plan you have. The information may be on your insurance card or you may also call them to get more clarity.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your time is exclusively reserved for you. We ask that you cancel 24-hours in advance to avoid being billed $75. If you are having an emergency, call our practice ASAP. If you forget about your appointment and we call to check in with you, consider asking them to convert you to a Telehealth appointment so you two can still meet and you’ll avoid a cancellation fee that is non-refundable.
